First time in San Diego and got tattooed by Noah — it was amazing! He was so accomodating and kind! He redid my stencils more than a few times- till it was perfect! Made sure I felt comfortable, was knowledgeable in the aftercare and all my questions. Amazing artist, tattooist, and would definitely come back again the next time I visit (:
