This experience was fantastic. The gal up front checked me in and I noticed she had same piercing I wanted, so asked if it was bad pain wise, super comforting and reassurance. Joel did my piercing and truly went above and beyond to ensure safety and cleanliness, along with the proper measurements rather then rushing. The staff here just seem so friendly and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them for your next tattoo as they were chatting with their customers and all I heard and seen were smiles and good conversations with customers, and they don’t seem to be about money.. they actually care about what they do for a living!

I had the pleasure of working with, I believe his name was, Joel this past weekend. I’d had two hoops on my cartilage placed earlier that week from this shop that were too small and causing quite a bit of swelling resulting in a lot of pain. I went in hoping to get some sort of relief without having to spend a lot of money because the two hoops I’d already bought totaled to be about $400 and of course you can’t just return used jewelry. Joel took me back immediately and was as gentle as he could possibly be and was able to put in some existing jewelry I had as well as one piece from the shop. He was extremely gentle, understanding and very speedy. I would highly recommend him for any piercing needs.
