Came here for the Friday the 13th event and it was the best time!!! All the artists are so extremely talented and they make sure you feel comfortable! I got to watch all of them work and it was so cool to see all of them create magic! Josh did my tattoos and helped me find the right placement and really listened. Highly recommend this shop!

I came in with a picture of the tattoo that I wanted. I spoke to Lee who was very welcoming and directed me to Janna. I showed her the tattoo I wanted and she made it way better. The outcome was perfect and I definitely recommend getting your tattoos here. Thanks Janna

I’ve been getting tattooed by John for almost two years now and he never ceases to impress me. He is extremely dedicated to his craft and masterful in his execution. It’s very clear his priority is giving you a tattoo that you’re happy with. He’s an extremely talented artist and is always helpful in translating an idea I have into a tattoo-able concept.

If that weren’t enough, John is also just an extremely friendly, approachable, and genuine guy. As a woman, I’ve felt uncomfortable with certain artists either because of their attitude towards my tattoos (thinking they’re stupid or girly) or because I didn’t feel comfortable having them see or tattoo certain parts of my body. With John, I’ve always felt completely respected and comfortable. He’s a great conversationalist and shows a genuine interest in his clients, which takes away half the stress for me. It’s hard to focus on the pain when you’re having an avid conversation about your favorite movie franchise!

Overall, John is THE guy to see if you’re thinking of getting a tattoo. An artist who will respect your vision, your comfort level, and really work with you to make sure it’s exactly how you want it without making you feel bad because you asked to move the stencil. Highly, highly recommend.

As a whole, Why Not Ink is a very intimate and welcoming atmosphere. Every time I go I’m acknowledged and greeted by everyone in the shop. I’ve walked into other tattoo shops and felt intimidated by the energy and that’s just not the vibe you want when you’re about to get a tattoo. At Why Not Ink, I feel completely at ease. Everyone is very easy to talk to, very friendly, and take a lot of enthusiasm and pride in their work! You know you’re in good hands being tattooed or pierced by anyone in this network.

My boy Jose absolutely killed it. It was my first tattoo, and the first thing I noticed coming into the shop was how incredibly prepared and knowledgeable he was. He specializes in fine line tattoos from my limited understanding of tattoos, but I’m sure he does much more. If anything, Jose was quite the perfectionist and wanted to adjust the tattoo placement on my arm 3 times before even starting!

I had originally hit him up on Instagram @josedotattoos , I gave him the general idea of what I wanted with a Google photo, and he worked up a phenomenal sketch. This guy is seriously talented at drawing. Luckily my design was small so it took no more than 20 minutes total.

Overall, the shop is very friendly, the artists are talkative and amicable, and made it a tremendous first experience for a tattoo. I’d highly recommend this shop and @josedotattoos if you are unsure of your first experience or your 50th tattoo.

Got my cartilage ear pierced here. I was nervous at 1st but the guy who pierced my ear I can’t remember his name but he was awesome! Has a great hand for piercing it didnt even hurt and before I knew it, it was over. I love my piercing. He gave my sister and I helpful tips. She got her nose pierced and she said it didn’t hurt at all either! Would recommend to anyone looking to get any piercings.

I just came here to say this place is still the best place to get a piercing. I got my tragus pierced today for my birthday and the young lady who assisted me was friendly and professional. She did my piercing with little pain. I’ll be coming here for any future piercings. Keep up the great work!
