My wife and I were on vacation and wanted an impromptu tattoo. Vertigo did a great job getting us in and inked. Bailey Coleman did excellent work on my wife’s skeleton and my mushroom tattoos! Good vibes and great work!

This might just be a NC thing, but it would be nice to be able to sit next to your partner like in GA, but not that big of a deal to impact the 5-star review (just an FYI for those who want that option).

A+ and would recommend Bailey all day (not related, just another person with a great last name 😁)!

Spent a few days at the Outer Banks with family. My sister and I had a girl’s day and got matching tattoos at Vertigo. Gigi is one of the best in the business. First tattoo for my sister, 7th for me. Gigi was supportive and helpful in allowing us to narrow down what we both wanted. We are both very pleased. Thanks Gigi!

We went to Vertigo for piercings and saw Mark. He was extremely informative and personable. He pierced my girls and was patient while they decided on placement and made sure they liked where it was going to be. Highly recommend checking them out!

We called/visited two tattoo shops on 7/18/24 in the Nags Head area on our recent trip there – and we are so thankful we were able to choose Vertigo! The crew at Vertigo is so insanely nice and accommodating. GiGi was our artist – she was so kind to us and very patient (especially considering we weren’t 100% sure on the exact dynamics of the two tattoos)! She talked with us about it and drew up a beautiful stencil – we LOVE our new ink! Gigi you are such a talented artist! Thank you!

Everyone that was working there when we showed up were just incredibly welcoming, easy going and caring – they did a continual check to make sure all the customers there were being helped out. The shop is super clean (like really really clean) and fun with lots of amazing art and awesome unique decor. Their organization and professionalism were so apparent from the moment we arrived.

Thank you Gigi and everyone at Vertigo! We highly recommend!! – The experience we had there was so markedly different from other tattoo places in the area – and we 100% plan on going back there next summer!
