I went and got a color and cut from Kat and love love love it. I was nervous because I haven’t had much success with salons but she was caring-Listened- gave me suggestions and just made the whole experience wonderful. I will definitely go back to her.

Customer service is terrible!!!!! I walked in with intent to by some MAC makeup along with some other items. 4 employees walked right by me and didn’t even look at me. No hello, no can I help you…. Nothing. At one point I was standing right next to a worker and she just went about her business like I was not even standing there. I am a local and I used to shop at this store all the time. I will now just shop online. I will say the associate( I didn’t get her name but she had beautiful curly hair) that checked me out for the 2 little items I had to have was extremely nice and offered to help but by that time I was over it. No need to go back. ULTA DO BETTER!!!

I just wana say I called alot of places on the OBX to get a root touch up. It’s the weekend plus mother’s day, so of course, no one was available. I call ulta and they fit me right in. I didn’t have a long wait, and Kat helped me right away. I never had her as a hairdresser, cause I was just visiting. But she treated me like she knew me. She matched my hair up, and she colored my hair. Let me tell u, S
he picked the perfect color to match it. I was very happy and estatic to see my hair look awesome. Then I got a compliment from Devon, the makeup artist . So I asked her some questions about makeup, and lo and behold, she goes out of her way to match my color. I have never had customer service like that.She would recommend creams and even picked them out for me. I will definitely be back. 🤗,5stars from me!
