Oliver is incredibly gifted and talented. I had a vision in my head of what I wanted, but had a hard time explaining myself. He took as much time as he needed to figure it out and read my mind. He was patient, funny and extremely kind. This tattoo was in memory of my dad so it was very important to me. He made sure it was perfect and exactly what I wanted. I will recommend him to everyone.
