I got a double helix here a few months ago. The top piercings still hadn’t healed so I had a professional look at it. He said that it was crooked and needed to be taken out, but when he tried to take it out he said that they had used an industrial strength glue on the thread. Removing it was very difficult and painful. After removing it he showed me the glue residue.

Had an appointment yesterday to get my forward helix done only to find out I have no forward helix 😂
The piercer was very patient with me as I picked a different piercing and walked me through each step as he did it. Very fast, very thorough, great prices, clean store … will definitely be back.

Recently got two new piercings here and left feeling great about them! I was greeted by a man not to pleasant to talk to at the front desk who when I asked if they were taking walk-ins was like “yeah sure…”, which was an interesting response. Besides that, after filling out my paperwork and paying beforehand (which is not usually the case) I met Nadean who let me get an industrial (right ear) and helix (left ear). She was very nice and talked me through the whole process of getting both at once, giving me advice and cheering me on along the way. She was very pleasant throughout the whole thing and even kept me calm during one of the most excruciating pain I’ve ever felt from the industrial piercing. Both piercings are looking fine and everything felt very professional for a mall piercing shop. Very impressed with the work that was done and shoutout to Nadean once again for doing so well and keeping me encouraged throughout the process. Definitely recommend for your next piercing!

I came and got my septum pierced with my friend, it was half planned/half spontaneous, but i’m glad I got it done. My piercing was done by Batman. He was very nice and his jokes helped calm my anxiety and feel better about the situation, and I appreciated how he explained the characteristics of each metal that they could pierce me with. I learned a few things I didn’t know too! I could tell I was in good hands from the way that he ran me through the process and the actual piercing was very quick and efficient, practically painless, just a pinch. He was willing to accommodate to my wishes of healing it flipped up, and he flipped it up for me as well. I was a walk-in, but appointments are ideal. His attitude and enthusiasm for his job are an inspiration and I loved that he was able to give advice to my friend as well.
