Dark Amethyst is easily my favorite tattoo shop in town. I’ve gotten four tattoos here, and every experience has been great. The shop has a cool, gothic vibe that makes you feel right at home, and they even provide healthy snacks to keep you going during long sessions.
All the artists are super friendly and talented. Bianca (@chaotictattoo) has been amazing—I’d trust her with any tattoo, anywhere. If you’re looking for skilled artists and a comfortable atmosphere, I highly recommend checking out Dark Amethyst.

This shop was so awesome. The private entry which made it feel very safe (as a lady I appreciate that), the bathroom was super cool and clean too! I was seeing Eena Choi, a traveling artist, but all the other artists in the shop were kind and made it a point to come look at what we were working on. Kallie, another artist at the shop was very sweet and made conversation with me too. I will certainly be looking into other artist here so I can come back to this shop!

This place was “alternatively” delightful and made my femme alt self sooooo happy!!! It was like an emo kid decorated everything and their favorite colors are purple and black. Even the bathroom was a life changing experience of mood lighting and vibes. And my tattoo???? Don’t even get me started. SO beautiful. And the staff was so friendly and THERE WAS A LITTLE THREE LEGGED DOG!!!!!! Will be coming back 10/10

I got a tattoo from Abby almost three weeks ago and it was a great experience! Abby was very helpful when trying to find the best spot for my new tattoo and the other artists were very supportive and kind. The shop has a great vibe. Will definitely be coming back to get another piece!
