I’m 48 and was finally ready to get my first tattoo to represent my children. I had a specific design in mind and needed someone that could really work with fine lines. After doing a lot of research I found Jared at Tattoo Tales and reached out. Jared was very responsive and took the time to design the perfect tattoo for me – it was literally what I had in mind! He accommodated me to fit in a session that worked around my work schedule. When I arrived he was ready for me and had a very personable and calming demeanor. Throughout the process he explained everything step by step, and made sure I was comfortable in every way. He let me pick music to listen to, had a fan blowing on me when I felt warm, and made sure the friend I was with could be near me. He was very talkative, which helped, and remained super focused on my tattoo. I also liked that his space was small and very homey, and there were fun comics on the wall to keep me distracted. The best part is the tattoo came out perfect!

Tattootales is amazing…. Jared is amazing! This man has magic in his finger tips! I was looking to get a sizable Grateful Dead tattoo on my arm and Jared hit it out of the park!!! My first tattoo was a shamrock when I was 18 32 years ago……. When I was ready for my next Jared waked me though and assured me of everything. Wow! Was I happy!! Jared is an artist for sure! He is the best in CT! And I will be back!!!

My tattoo is absolutely perfect! He did such a beautiful job getting the handwriting exactly like it was in the note I had. Jared makes you feel comfortable and talks you through everything making sure it’s the way you like it! I absolutely recommend a tattoo from it
