Came here with my wife to get a tattoo from Katie Ryan of a cat, for a memorial on her arm. She wasn’t sure exactly how she wanted it, but after sending Katie some photos, she was able to draw up a mock image that was absolutely perfect!
The shop was well lit, clean, and certainly more of a spa like feel than your average tattoo shop. Katie welcomed us in, and was extremely hospitable in ensuring that I was comfortable while she did the tattoo.
While tattooing, Katie was professional, polite, and made sure that everything was clean and sanitized well. Her work was incredible, and accurately captured the subtle details my wife was looking for in the tattoo.
Highly recommend this shop, and specifically booking an appointment with Katie Ryan!

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at this tattoo shop! I got tattooed by Kaitlyn, and I got one of her flash pieces. She explained everything going on, was super open to modifying the piece and placement to fit my body the best, and was overall incredibly friendly and kind. The tattoo is beautiful and my new favorite. All of the other artists seemed friendly and talented as well. The shop was also very nice and welcoming inside. I would love to come back here again if I have the opportunity! I highly recommend this entire tattoo shop!!

I had an exceptional experience with Kaitlyn (Frog Song) at Swan Tattoo – from consultation and booking through tattoo and aftercare. I chose a pre-drawn with a modification and the process was so easy with Kaitlyn – communication was perfect! The space at Swan is open, aesthetically beautiful, not too busy, and very relaxing. It was also very clean and well-organized. You can tell the artists care about the aesthetic and cleanliness, which is important (especially cleanliness!) when getting a tattoo. Kaitlyn was super helpful and so patient with my aftercare questions – I’m not new to tattoos but had a few specific questions she patiently answered! I am beyond thrilled with my new tattoo, which is truly a piece of art and sweet tribute to my childhood home in Jacksonville – captured perfectly by Kaitlyn. I’ll be back!
