Came in with a friend to get my second earlobe piercings and we were blown away by how clean and the amount of options available. It felt like we were in a Jewelry store and appreciate the workers’ recommendations and professionalism while we chose our jewelry. Although it is a bit pricey, I think it’s worth it considering the amount of care and detail that the team has put into the business. I’ll be back for my 6-week follow-up to shorten the jewelry (is inserted long to allow for swelling). I appreciate the knowledgeable staff and their patience and would definitely recommend this place to others.

Great experience here. Loved the ease of booking an appointment online. Wide selection of quality jewelry, and knowledgeable, friendly staff that was able to help narrow down the choices and provide pricing for pieces without being pushy. Extremely clean environment. Guest piercer Hooks was professional, easy to talk to, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Looking forward to returning to pick out a new hoop down the road.

The classiest piercing establishment I’ve ever been to! The facility is immaculate and has a sophisticated, upscale vibe. The gentleman at the front was polite and helpful. Joe was amazing, we had great conversation while he removed two of my 15 year old microdermals, one of which was not easy to remove. The whole experience was very pleasant and stress-free. Hands down would recommend Stay True to anyone looking for a safe and professional piercing facility.

I was thoroughly disappointed with my experience and wouldn’t consider returning. Despite excellent reviews, my appointment at 2:45 didn’t conclude until an hour later, and to make matters worse, someone who arrived after me was seen before me, which left a poor impression and raised questions about the efficiency of their system. The day after my jewelry service was completed, the specific BVLA piece I purchased, which cost over $250 and has a lifetime warranty, fell out while I was eating. However, the warranty doesn’t cover lost items. When I contacted the store to report the issue, they suggested I either book another appointment for a $20 fee or fix it myself.

This place is incredible. Every staff member I’ve worked with is so friendly and helpful. Joe is amazing. I’ve booked with him twice and both times he has been so great to work with. So knowledgeable and personable! By far my best piercing experience.
