I gave them a 3, even though I’ve never been there.. so the stars aren’t reliable. I just wanted to leave a review so people know that they actually don’t offer piercings (at least as of 7/10/24). Even though there’s reviews saying they do and Google says they do. They definitely DON’T offer any kind of piercings.

Absolutely the best place. Friendly and interactive to make sure the design and size is exactly what you want. My wife and son and sister in law also go here.

NO Piercings… i was a little disappointed to find this out when I entered, but they havent done them in year, and google will not update their info.

But the studio is filled with great positive energy and amazing art, the host was incredibly friendly and helpful making several suggestions of where to go in the area for them.

For a tattoo I’d recommend this place just from the interaction alone!

Super disappointed! I won a gift certificate from charity raffle so I went to Squid Ink to check it out. I used my gift certificate for my wedding band with my partner. Since day one there were a lot of issues already, when we arrived to book our appointment at the shop, we thought everything was good and ready to go. We booked our appointment for 2 weeks out but the frontdesk didn’t tell us who were supposed to see. Then when it was our scheduled appointment time, I received a call 30 minutes before our appointment as we were already on our way to the location, the artist called and said she doesn’t do finger tattoos for personal reasons and the person who scheduled for us didn’t check. I was upset since this tattoo was supposed to be a wedding present. The artist asked us to reschedule with another artist who can do finger tattoos, I told her that we were already on our way there and our wedding was in a few days. When we arrived the owner, Keith informed us that it is their mistake and that he can try to squeeze me and my partner in since it should be quick. I tried to give him our physical wedding bands because we want to have the bands cover the tattoo when we do wear the band on special occasions, he said he is good at eyeballing it so he didn’t need it. I trusted him and he hand drew double lines on my finger and my partner’s finger. We couldn’t really see if the lines were straight since there was still ink and pen mark on it, until we got home and started to clean up the tattoo. It was poorly drawn and our family said it looks like a little kid drew lines on our fingers. As for my partner’s tattoo is way too high on the finger.

I have tried to reach out to the shop multiple times to see if they can fix it or do a touch-up or something, but no one cared to get back to us. It just seems like they didn’t care. Is it because we used a gift certificate so our service was less than? I don’t know but this service is so bad, especially when I explained to the owner, Keith that this is for our wedding and it is supposed to be meaningful. Super disappointed and my now wife is really upset and frustrated whenever, she sees the tattoo. She said even if they offered to fix it, she wouldn’t come back. We will have to look for another place to fix this wedding band tattoos.

The manager is the most friendliest person you will ever meet! Tommy did my husband & my tattoos. We love them! They were for our 10 year anniversary. Don’t think twice, make those memories!
