We visited Rad Tattoo place at MOA for ear and nose piercing today, July 12, 2024. The guy who did the piercing, Roks, was very personable and professional and did a great with the piercing job. The receptionist /cashier though was a different story. We were charged 1000 pesos per each ear piercing and then 1,500 pesos for the nose piercing and we paid a total of 5,500 pesos. The cashier did not give me a receipt and I asked for one since I saw the sign on the counter reminding customers to ask for a receipt or the services would be free. The cashier was so irritated as if I was inconveniencing her for asking for a receipt. It took her a while to give me a receipt as if she was hoping that I will just get tired of waiting and just leave. I waited and while waiting I asked for the after care notes as stated on the flyer she gave me earlier. The cashier said “ oh we don’t give one anymore”. and that they do not have any saline solution in stock. Overall , it left a bad taste in my mouth. Roks the artist was very good but the cashier was bad , really bad.

Me and my sister had our piercing here and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. Love the ambiance of the shop as well 😊 and the way they did our piercing is painless

Also, I walked in spontaneous for a tattoo without appointment, which was no problem.

Loved the friendly and assuring vibe of the place while getting my ears pierced.
The procedure was also very sanitary. Piercings were almost painless and recovery was uneventful and low maintenance.
