Chris was awesome! He made me feel very comfortable from the beginning. He was super knowledgeable and kind. It’s my first facial piercing and I had no idea what I was doing but Chris was great at guiding me. The information they give you is super helpful as a first timer. I appreciate the piercing guarantee they have in place and that they ask you to follow up after the piercing. This all made me feel confident in choosing them to do my piercing. I got pierced by Annie and it was one of the fastest and easiest piercings I’ve gotten. This was my first time coming to the shop and my experience was amazing!! I came from Oklahoma and will be coming back!! Everyone was super friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend Annie she’s is the sweetest person ever and walks you through everything step by step.

I had a wonderful experience at this shop today. The staff is so kind. We were greeted immediately upon walking in, unfortunately, I did not catch his name but he was very helpful.

Jade assisted me throughout the process. I had my nose pierced back in March in Denver but needed my nostril piercing changed. I really appreciated that Jade informed me it’s too early to switch to a hoop for now to disturb the healing process. She installed the new piercing with so much care. I felt very comfortable with her.

Jade is also very knowledgeable about gem stones and jewelry. Their inventory is beyond beautiful and unique. We did not feel rushed and Jade answered all of our questions. I can’t wait to go back.

Overall, the shop is very clean and organized.
