They were friendly and the prices reasonable, however, laser removal will cost 10x what the uncanny-valley-looking tattoo cost. I wouldn’t go to them for more than a very basic tattoo.
I may 🤯🔫 myself if laser removal doesn’t work. I refuse to live with this uncanny-valley-looking trash on my arm.

I got an amazing tattoo by Rene.I highly recommend his work he did awsome job. I am very satisfied with the outcome. Very friendly and clean place. I Would also like to give a shout out to the owner Eddie very friendly and professional.The atmosphere was great. I Am in California every year and I will be coming back. I just hope see Rene again.

Customer service was not good. The guy who helped me today was very defensive and made me shaky. I went in to get a nose piercing a while ago and I wish they would have advised me that it is not recommended to get a loop to start off with. I got a bad keloid and growing of the skin inside my nose because the ring kept moving, something I learned after the fact from asking friends and another piercing professional. Folks were surprised someone started me off with a loop. I was advised to go back to where I got it pieced to let them know what happened and see if there was anything they could do to help. The guy was not helpful at all and had a “take it or leave it” attitude. When I went in the first time to get the piercing done, don’t get me wrong- the customer service was great! But going back in to seek support after the fact to see if there was anything to get done, the guy definitely did not create a safe space for me to bring up my concerns. You should create a safe space for customer to voice concerns, especially when it’s customer like me who went back and forth a lot about going back for help and doesn’t like to inconvenience businesses with complaints. I went back because of the great customer service I received the first time and the employee had invited me return of I had any problems with my piercing.
