We had a great experience with Bri and Kelsey at Rowan! They worked out a plan that made my kiddo feel so comfortable. The vibe of the shop is amazing and the fact that they are nurses gives me solid peace of mind! Also very pleased that we have a 3 week check up. Highly recommend. !

Great experience! Bri was so professional and made sure my daughter stayed calm the whole time! Talked her through everything and made sure she understood. Didn’t catch the name of the front desk employee, but she was great! Explained the process, and great detail to the earring options. Altogether a great experience. We will definitely be back!

Nurse Bri who pierced the ears of my 6 year old was excellent, very attentive, and very informative. She made sure my daughter was ready and that we were all comfortable with how it would go. You could tell she was very well trained!

My ONLY complaint was the antibacterial spray isn’t included in a “package” of sorts—just felt a little nickel and dime-y (separate costs for piercing, earrings, spray. Would feel better if it was bundled).

Still, the experience and care was top notch and would highly recommend! We did the “device” piercing for what it’s worth. My daughter is thrilled!

Everything was amazing. Both ladies were so kind and accommodating. The process was easy and simple for us. They made my daughter feel at ease and she was super excited to get a bravery certificate after too!!
