I got my second piercing done at Rowan and I just have to say they turned out lovely they did great job. They are level. They are straight. They made sure I was comfortable and that they had them in the right spot. I would Absolutely go back to get my thirds. They were really nice. They were really comforting and even the day after to check up on you which I found awesome. Lurina Who did a awesome job they give you a whole list of things to do and what not to do for your earrings, which was really helpful because I do a lot of those things They did an awesome job.

Maria was absolutely ~amazing~!!! Super welcoming, positive attitude, extremely knowledgeable, and most importantly (to me) she was so patient while answering my questions and addressing my concerns. I had a fabulous time conversing with her and I absolutely love love love how my piercings turned out!! (I had my third piercings on my lobes, my flat, my double helix, and my middle helix all done today). My right ear is tender as a chicky tender still, but our conversation definitely made it worth it! If I ever get more piercings done, I will definitely be asking for her by name!! Maria helped my daughter get her earring in after it been pierced and then partially closed. She is wonderful. She’s understanding and sweet and helps us effectively and efficiently. BEST experience! We got two of our daughters ears pierced here and when my 2 year old had an earring fall out Lorena was so kind in helping her get it back in so it didn’t close! She did it fast and free of charge! She made my daughter feel safe and comfortable (which is hard to do for a 2 year old). We are SO grateful for this experience and we will be back to see her for all our piercing needs!!!!!🙌❤️

Loved my experience at Rowan! I am so happy with my new piercings. The staff there was super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I walked in knowing that I wanted a third piercing in each lobe and that I just wanted a few more “decorations” to add on one side. The ladies there were all very patient and helpful giving input on what they thought would look best. I may be tempted to add to my collection when I go back for my post check in next month…… 😊
