Took my three year old daughter in for the best piercing experience on a Sunday afternoon! One for my first memories as a child was getting my ears pierced, it was painful and I only got one lobe done and we had to come back hours later for the second round of trauma. Definitely not what happened at River City! Kyah and Brittany did a phenomenal job making sure that my daughter was comfortable and happy, we never felt rushed and you could tell these two really wanted her to have the best possible outcome. Virtually pain free since they use numbing cream, very clean piercing rooms, and lots of options for first earrings. I’d definitely recommend, hands down. Totally worth the extra price to have tandem piercers, less pain and very experienced staff. The little gift bag with aftercare supplies, stickers, a nice certificate and super cute temporary tattoos made my little girl feel so special!

They have a huge selection of high-quality jewelry to choose from, which I appreciate. My husband and I both were pierced by Mikey, who is highly knowledgeable and passionate about their work. I have been back a few times for different piercing needs and will now be a forever client. I promise you will not be disappointed!
