Took my daughter to get her nose pierced. From the moment we walked in we felt comfortable and at ease with the we were greated. Chris pierced my daughter’s nose and was very gentle and very knowledgeable. The shop was very clean and welcoming. Thank you for a great experience. I will be back soon.

Quick stop in to see if they could help get my daughter’s corkscrew nose ring back in. Everyone was super helpful and accommodating and Yayo got it back in in less than a minute! He gave us a quick tour of the tattoo space and we got to meet the extremely artistic staff. Go check them out. All good things!

I had a weird experience coming here. I was coming in to JUST buy a medusa piercing so I could swap it out I had originally gotten my piercing done at another spot in New Britain. I had no issues with my piercing. It appears to have been healed, but my piercing was too long. It kept getting caught on my tooth and was making it irritated a little bit, one of the piercer brought me to the back and asked if I got it done with them I said no he assumed my jewlery was the same as theirs. Their jewelry just pops off mine was a screw on. Instead of asking me if I knew Which kind it was he just started yanking on my lip and my piercing! it really hurt!!! I made a motion like it hurt me & he said it was because it wasn’t healed… right….. it wasn’t because you just yanked on my piercing trying to get it off…

I’ve had my piercing for about a month and a half. I mentioned to him that it keeps getting caught on my tooth, which might be why it’s getting irritated, so I need to switch it out for a smaller one, but his professional opinion was that I shouldn’t switch it out, I left the establishment around 6 and when I was home around 10 o’clock at night, my piercing just popped off. I’ve never had a problem with my piercing since I got it. It’s never just came off. It’s a screw on and I was trying for at least 2 to 3 hours to get my piercing back on, and I could nor get it on because the jewelry piece got ruined when he pulled on it. So not only did he hurt me, but he messed up my jewelry piece. He tried to say that I was in pain because I’m a smoker But I had stopped smoking so that I could heal properly. The piece just keeps getting caught on my London look gap.
UPDATE** my piercing hole closed and I had to get it reopened at the original shop I went to. They charged me $40 & I feel like I wouldn’t have had to pay that if this didn’t happen. If you’re scared of piercings I don’t think this is the place to go considering how harsh the experience was.
