My experience at this location was fantastic. I was greeted by a staff of women, which immediately made me feel more at ease. The whole team was super helpful, informative and attentive. Sarah was incredible. We had our consultation ( a 20 min conversation discussing expectations, before and after care). Once I had determined this was a good fit, I had my first appointment! The actual zapping only takes about 2 minutes and I was done. If you are looking for a positive and comfortable experience I would definitely recommend this location.

Tattoo removal can be scary, but the women here put me at ease and made me see that it’s so worth it! Alyssa is so patient and has such a bubbly attitude. It’s almost impossible to be scared with her there. I trust her and always leave feeling cared for. Sara has helped me with all of my appointments and questions, and handed me a sweet after care goodie bag to help my recovery process. Don’t keep living with tattoos you regret or have grown apart from, come here and make the change!

For something as miserable as tattoo removal, this place makes it about as enjoyable as it can be. Ive had 5 sessions so far – mostly with Alyssa and one with Gina – and they are just incredible. So friendly, funny, and knowledgeable. They hype me up during the sessions and give me all the tips to make the healing as productive as possible. They are so organized and clean. So grateful that I’m with them for this long process vs anyone else. Ill update in a few years when it’s all done hah

I had a wonderful experience getting my finger tattoos removed at the removery! Sara and Gina were both incredibly kind and helpful and the removal process was very easy and quite painless! I highly recommend this place, especially for people who are getting hand tattoos removed in order to join the military!
