My daughter made an appointment for a piercing. I went with her. The girl behind the counter acted like she couldn’t remember the conversation. Then, she asked if we could come back in two hours!
We went back, and the only saving grace of the ordeal was the piercer. He was awesome and treated my daughter with respect and was very professional. The place was cool…and busy.
Maybe have a chat with your front counter girl to pull her head out and do her job correctly. We might give it a second try.
