From the outside, you cannot see in at all. The windows & doors are completely blacked out. It’s like the aesthetic or vibes of the place. When we walked in, the very first thing I noticed was how sparkling clean this place was! Like immaculate! The very second thing we noticed was the friendly face and demeanor of the woman working at the desk. She was super helpful and super nice. Showed us all of our options and prices and everything. She’s so nice! I also noticed there were three tattoo artists, all quietly, and intently, working on their own clients. The tattoo artists and their clients were separated from the waiting area, by a half wall. Again-I immediately noticed how clean it looked back there. After we made our piercing choices and paid, we were directed to sit in the waiting area. We were only waiting for about 3-5 minutes before another friendly face came out from outback, and called our names. She lead us out back to the piercing room where her friendly personality/demeanor truly came out. She was so helpful and so comforting. Of course when going in to get a piercing, you’re a little nervous, but excited. She was literally perfect! I can’t say enough positive things about her! She had us both in her chair, pierced, and cleaned up, all within about 10 minutes or less. I must say, she really is a true professional! Overall, the place exceeded my expectations and I will definitely use them again for my tattoo and piercing needs.

don’t get pierced by “fish” -been here twice, every time i’ve been the piercers are sort of nonchalant they don’t rlly care what they’re doing to u as long as their making money off you. i came here because i was told this is the place to go growing up as it USED to have a great reputation. anyways, came in for a piercing change for a piercing THEY pierced and PAID after it not being healed for months (still isn’t it’s been 2 years) i thought oh ok maybe this is a normal part of the healing process when i spoke to fish he virtually didn’t really care when i mentioned it and my new jewelry fell out of my ear a week later. it’s def just a one stop shop and that’s it don’t expect any after visit care or advice

UPDATE: currently at urgent care because one of the SAME piercings became “embedded” and needed to be taken out by an MD (i got a double helix) avoid going to this place and go somewhere where they actually care about your body. not once have i changed the original stud out either not for nothing another shop told me the placement was all off and that’s why it was so uncomfortable for me from day 1. i kept it in trying to save it as i paid $130 for a double helix piercing here (another $20 just for a piercing change that later fell out of my ear-without any real advice or accountability) until this happened. go to another shop, they lack professionalism! this was extremely painful and a waste of my time and money. i was in the ED almost in tears from the pain as i couldn’t take it out on my own- i’m praying i’m not left with a keloid now as it certainly looks that way!

I was very pleased with our experience here!.. my 14 year old got her nose pierced by Randi-Jo. She was very nice and personable with us. She made such an impression on my daughter said that she wants more piercings eventually but only wants Randi to do it for her. The shop was very clean. The receptionist Jessie was very helpful and friendly! Thanks for such a great experience.

My twins and I got piercings today. The experience was amazing beginning to end. Andrew was a gem. So kind , patient and knowledgeable. We all fell in love with him. Just a great guy. Thanks so much for the belly piercings and my nose piercing. We will be back and I’ll recommend you to everyone.

Love this place. I’ve seen reviews complaining about no appointments but I love that they only allow walk ins. No other place allows that. It’s also common that they only let you use their jewelry despite seeing reviews hating that too. I’ve gotten my nose, lobes (singles-triples), and a helix done here and have been satisfied each time. Done with a needle and given saline to clean, as well as titanium. Super clean and also good pricing compared to other studios.
