Today we took our 1 year old daughter to get her first haircut. It was such a great experience!! Maddie was so kind, attentive, patient, professional, and just amazing all around. My baby’s hair looks great! We will definitely be back!!! Highly recommend this place and Maddie!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

We had such a great experience for our first haircut. They are super sweet and make accommodations for my very shy daughter who would not sit in a kids chair. She sat in my lap and was very happy the whole time. We got the first haircut package and got such a cute keepsake and toys from the treasure box. They even put such adorable little butterfly clips in her hair. She picked out the color and she loves to talk about her haircut experience. I wish I remembered your name thank you so much!

Set up an appointment online. Got an email 2 hour prior to the appointment that said “tap ‘I’m here’ when you arrive”. There’s nothing to tap, other than a button for ‘confirm appointment’, so we did that. Stood in the door for 10+ min with no one even acknowledging me. My wife arrive about 10 min later and was greeted by one of the stylists (blonde and glasses) with “what are you doing here?” When she explained that I had already checked in online, the styles huffed and said, I don’t know about checking in online, I haven’t even been behind the counter, I’ll get to it in a minute”. We declined the rude attitudes and left. Can’t speak to the actual cuts, but they seemed completely overwhelmed and lack the acumen to address customers in a professional manner or tone with any level of service.

We had pretty good experiences here until the last one and will not return. My husband told the lady to do what we did last time and she for some reason shaved his head instead. My son had precious blonde curls….after waiting several weeks hoping the curls would come back, they have not. Absolutely broke our hearts, we were not ready for the curls to be shaved off.

Definitely recommend!
We did the “my first haircut” package, which came with a piece of my sons’ hair and a photo of him on a card. We saw Elizabeth, and although she was the only one in for the whole day and booked back to back, she was still so patient and kind not only to him, but to me as well. Will be returning and definitely recommend for your baby’s first haircut.
