I was recommended to come here by a friend so I could get my ear re-pierced. The online booking process was simple, and I appreciate that they had late availability since I get off work a bit later. The building is at the corner so it was easy to find and parking wasn’t complicated. The check-in process was simple and I got to pick out which kind of earrings I wanted. There’s a nice variety to pick from, ranging from cost friendly to more regal options (real gold).
Overall, smooth process. I was in and out and I have a new ear piercing that I won’t let close up. 😆😅

Kathleen was awesome! I’m super detail oriented and notice just the littlest things if they’re uneven or “off.” I had my second earlobe piercing done before and got it redone today because they were uneven. Kathleen was understanding, kind and funny! And also detail oriented herself.. She took the time to make sure they were done correctly which I appreciate!

Went last year while I was in Columbus and forgot to leave a review! They have an adorable store right in a neighborhood which I love. There was a great selection of jewelry from quality companies. They had exactly what I was looking for and put it in with ease for me. I will be back if I ever end up in the area again!

My daughter had been asking to get her ears pierced and I wanted to make sure I took her somewhere that sterilizes their equipment and is experienced with this sort of thing. I wanted to choose somewhere reputable. I’m glad we came here. It was a great experience. My daughter did fantastic. I was convinced to get one myself. Highly recommend coming here. They keep all products in their sterilization pouches for your reference.
