I recently visited Pierceology on Friday and had an amazing experience! Ivy, my piercer, was absolutely fantastic. She was professional, attentive, and took the time to walk me through the entire process. Ivy made me feel comfortable and confident in her work. The piercing turned out perfect, and I’ve been very happy with the results. The shop was clean and had a great atmosphere. I highly recommend Pierceology and especially Ivy for anyone looking to get a piercing!

The piercing itself was flawless. Came in for a daith piercing and Ivy was fast, professional, nice, and someone I would absolutely get a piercing from in the future. Not sure what happened but on the phone, I was quoted 10 extra for the full circle jewelry and when she charged me after the service, she said it was 15 instead. I went ahead and paid 15 but did feel concerned about the discrepancy without explanation, as honesty feels pretty important to me on principle. Other than that, was a perfect experience and I was really impressed with the speed of the piercing and how she was so communicative throughout. Exactly what you want when getting a new piercing, and so far healing perfectly with no concerns. Absolutely love the piercing!
**Update: Ivy reached out and let me know there was just a miscommunication about anodized (colored) hoops costing the $5 difference. Totally understandable miscommunication between us. Really appreciate her being so kind to reach out and she even offered to refund the $5 which was definitely not necessary but really considerate. Thanks for your thoughtfulness, Ivy!

Ivy is a great piercer, she took the time to ensure I was educated about the piercings I was there for and the ones I plan to get. The environment is really nice, private and clean! I will for sure be returning for more piercings in the future and highly recommend you do the same!

It won’t let me switch emails.. 2 days ago I took a leap of faith and text Ivy super last minute. I have been scared to get my nipples pierced. She did everything free hand which I have had a lot of people tell me it makes a difference. I absolutely recommend her to everyone
