*** Update 1 of 2: please see the screenshots of most of the times she cancelled. I had to cancel once bc I was throwing up and was still sick the next day. Once I got sick she started charging me additional deposits to hold my appointment spots but as you can see she had cancelled and rescheduled multiple times and I was just supposed to be ok with it…… after driving two hours there, spending gas and time.That’s not even allll the times she cancelled – she called the last time so I don’t have text messages for that one.Then she says the deposit will towards my appointment …… for a tattoo that was paid for in full! What a joke! No wonder she’s going out of business! I even offered to pay her more that we originally agreed on out of desperation that she wouldn’t finish it!

*** Another update: now Samantha is harassing me about the 1 star review via text. I have had to block her.

*** Original Review: Took my money and refused to finish my tattoo. Rescheduled and cancelled my appointments countless times….. She always had an excuse of why she couldn’t finish. She made me pay all the money in advance – HUGE mistake! I did have to reschedule once and she went off on me about it. I had to travel to Chattanooga and sometimes she would cancel while I was driving there. Her work is good but she wasn’t dependable at all. She forgot I had paid in full and tried to charge me more. She forgot allllll the times (over a dozen that SHE rescheduled/cancelled).

Tried asking one of your artists Id overheard at cherry street saying they worked here for a business card to get my sleeve finished, she didn’t even let me get a word out before telling me to f off. That’s cool. I’ll just go spend my money at inked expressions, where they treat people like actual human beings with respect I didn’t want your number, I wanted a tattoo for christ sake

I got a scuba diving tattoo done last week by Joseph and he was beyond amazing!! He ensured I was comfortable, did amazing work, and was so fun to talk to! Definitely recommend and definitely going back to ask for him!! Edit: it healed amazingly! No issues!

Best shop in the Chattanooga area!! Just had another flower added to my shoulder piece and Samantha’s eye for color is impressive. This piece has two cover ups that you’d never know existed!
