Worst employees ever – the piercer is the only person that has light inside of them and the only person there that makes you feel like a person. The “front desk” person is rude and dismissive as soon as you walk in, so the person at the jewelry counter. They have a sad and depressing demeanor and it’s like they want everyone else to feel it, the energy in the there is so emotionally draining that i felt it physically. I actually didn’t mean to come to this location when I realized who it was but I didn’t wanna ask the person who drove me to drive somewhere else. I wanted to leave but i needed a professional to handle my issue. I walked in about a year ago- it was the same exact thing so there’s no “they’re just having a bad day” excuse they are simply not good people. I’ve literally never written a review on anything in my life but this was on my mind days later. I hate it in there and reading other reviews I’m clearly not the only one. Also seems like they are nicer to white clients than anyone else but still terrible service. By “nicer” i just mean that they are able to have expression in their eyes. There is sooo much more to say but overall the people there who aren’t piercers or artists seem to hate themselves and their life and come to work to make it everyone’s problem.

I love this shop, I have gone here for roughly 5-10 years. Gregg is my favorite piercer that works there, seriously he is so kind and anything he does there is practically no pain and it heals so well. He’s so clear and calm, I always feel so much better going to him. Thank you!!

Awesome experience. Super easy to set up an appointment online to get pierced. Ended up seeing Gregg who was super knowledgeable and helpful in guiding me towards a piercing for my ear that would be best for my anatomy. He walked me through every step and I walked out with a helix and forward helix that look awesome. If you looking a place with exceptional experience and quality, this is the the place! I’ve been to both Outer Limits locations a few times and haven’t had a bad experience yet. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a piercing and will definitely come back again in the future!

SHADY! DO NOT GO.

Purchased over $300 dollars for 14k studs. A few weeks later I was very confused to notice my backing was not 14k, but an iridescent titanium!!!

The woman on the phone said that it is not there standard procedure to use 14k backings, that they were trying to save me $$$ by using titanium backings. Are you kidding!?

They not only did not disclose this upfront, they automatically gave me backing of a completely different color, and cheaper material.

I said who has ever been to a store that sells jewelry, and doesn’t not include the backings if you buy studs. You literally can’t wear studs without the backing! It’s half the jewelry.

You would think that given the 7-8x the mark up you already pay, that you would at least get the other half in the same material, right?! Keep in mind, you have to buy their jewelry no matter what. You cannot bring in your own earrings.

I told the woman on the phone that this should have been disclosed ahead of time. She said she would pass on my message to the piercer. This also did not make sense, because my piercer was not the same person who sold me the jewelry at the register.

In the end, she would not pass along my request to the actual owner, only to the piercer which does no good. She would also not give me 14k backings for the 14k studs I purchased. I would have to purchase “the bottoms” in her words separately.

Great establishment with pretty rad people! Lucas is an amazing piercing artist! I came in to switch out my industrial bar and was so inspired by some of the jewelery, but didn’t know what I wanted exactly. Lucas worked his magic and I absolutely love the finished product! I was so happy with the results and so far the healing process is going well. Lucas was very helpful and knowledgeable with any questions or concerns that I had. He definitely knows his stuff! I will definitely be coming back.
