You made it happen and I thank you so much for doing what you know to do best!!! You have great customer service, are polite, and made me feel welcome. Anthony was amazing!! Me and three other friends got piercings on a whim. We just walked in and were helped quickly. They were short staffed today but Anthony handled everything so well with his wonderful and down-to-earth personality. He was transparent about the entire process and explained placement, after-care, etc perfectly! Paid cash directly after and was out pretty fast. The atmosphere was very friendly, upbeat, and clean! Thank you Anthony for being so awesome during a busy and short-staffed day! Will be recommending and coming back 🙂

If I could do a ZERO star I would, but i’m being generous!

I went with my sister on 6/25 to be exact to schedule her tattoo appt. We got there right when they opened up. Spoke with a guy named Anthony and spoke with him to get a quote and schedule an appt. We were quoted $100 for the tat and scheduled it for 7/20. Anthony also mentioned that to secure the spot we need to put down a $40 deposit which we did in cash and it will be deducted from the total.

On 7/20, she went to her appt and was overcharged $40 more. She told the receptionist and her tat artist that she had an appt for 1pm and told them that the quote that she was given was $100 and no more than that. Then the owner (which is Anthony) states that they thought she was a walk-in which in fact is not true since she had an appt scheduled. The tat shop did not return her $40 overcharged payment that same day and they informed her that they will reach out to her once they figure out who was supposed to be her tattoo artist and get that $40 to that person. That is just a ridiculous excuse!!! A week later passed by, no call received from the tat shop. When my sister called, she was told by the owner that he was going to work it out with her and give her back the money but since I put out a FB review that he changed his mind. The owner blocked me on FB because he did not like that I documented all the facts on that said review. So, instead of the owner fixing the issue with the customer, he was petty enough to do all that because he couldn’t handle a negative review which in fact resulted from his lack of/poor customer service and arrogance. My sister and I decided to stop by the shop on 7/24 to personally get the refund that they owed her. The owner have the nerve to talk her down especially when he said “$40 these days are nothing”. Maybe to him it’s nothing but for a student working hard to earn that $40 is everything. This is the worst tattoo shop and the owner is rude and arrogant!!! Will NEVER recommend this shop to anyone!

Stopped by with my preschooler who insisted he needed a temporary tattoo and the staff was so friendly and put a stencil on him. He was thrilled. So grateful to the folks there.

One star is too generous for them. The owner Anthony I has no integrity. Years ago he gave me his word that he would tattoo me and my wife a specific preplanned tattoo for some of my collectible décor. An honest trade arrangement. Unfortunately, I trusted Anthony and gave him my side of the bargain first. He then ghosted us and even refused to make eye contact when we tried to flag him down in public. Im grateful nowadays, because I’m seen his work and heard negative testimonials of the infections that crawl out of that place. Hope this business and owner start doing right by people going forward…
