Rich is my favorite!! He added the color to my family tree tat and made it come to life. The love tat was new. The cross tat is my husbands done by someone else but he was also happy with it.

I am terrified of needles and any time of pinch like pains. I went to get a tattoo with my dad and Russ made sure to talk me through the entire process! He was great and the work came out beautifully! The environment was great and I don’t have anything negative to say! I will definetly recommend Russ to anyone in the future! And i’ll be back for my next tattoo when I decide what to get!

Staff are passionate about what they do. They listen to detail about what you are looking for and make sure you leave with a smile on your face and ink on your skin. Great place. Great staff. Definitely coming back.

Stephen is an outstanding artist. He runs a clean, professional, and welcoming shop. He has done several tattoos for me, and I always leave incredibly happy.

Starting with walking in the door Noble Sparrow is clean and well layed out. Everyone there is very nice, layed back, and treat you with respect. If you want something that they think another one of them can do better then they are upfront about it and let you know which one can do better job.
For example:
When I went in the first time to see if what I wanted was possible. The guy who I spoke with told me Stephen was the best at cover ups that are dark colors but he was on vacation. When I went back I told Stephen I had a general idea of what I wanted but I wasn’t sure it would even be possible. I had 3 different tattoos, one on my lower back that was really dark colors, one on the back of my neck that was black, and one on my shoulder blade with several different colors. I showed him a few different tattoos that I really liked and he was able to combine them all into one beautiful tattoo that will cover all 3 of them! On my first visit he done just the outline it’s a very large tattoo that will cover about 90% of my back. Even with only the outline where you could still see the others that will be coved you could tell it was going to be beautiful. I got multiple comments saying how beautiful it would be. I had my second session today and I am even more AMAZED at the quality and detail of his work. By the time he is done you would never know there are tattoos underneath.
I admit that I am a VERY PICKY person and he has far surpassed every detail of what I want. This isn’t just a generic tattoo from the internet. This is a custom hand drawn one of kind piece of art that was done just for me going by several different ideas I had seen.
If your looking for someone that can draw whatever you may want then I highly recommend Steven!!!
