I drove 6 hours (round trip) from the middle of nowhere to the Mall of America for a winter coat-I’m from down south and the hoodies I brought were a joke for the near absolute zero temperatures I encountered up there. After a lot of YouTube, research and reading, I was leaning towards Canada Goose until I saw how much better moose knuckles jackets look. The sales staff were definitely above and beyond as far as attentiveness, politeness and knowledge, and the store was attractive, very well stocked and didn’t leave anything to be desired as far as that goes. I wound up spending $1,200 on a coat that I am very pleased with, and had my eye on the ‘bunny’ hoodie-which I had planned to purchase at least 3 of for the upcoming Christmas holiday. Further, I looked online and found a ladies leather moto style jacket that was perfect for my mother. At this point, I basically had my heart set on a one-stop-shop for all my Christmas shopping, totaling around $4,000 in addition to what I had picked out for myself. Unfortunately, though, when I arrived back to my work assignment location, I discovered the ink tags still in the sleeve of my new coat. LAME. Just as much my fault as the sales associates, if not more so (I wouldn’t shut up and it was closing time) and I totally understand that-it happens. It’s an unfortunate rotten cherry on top that I was so far from the store and would have to make the 6 hour round-trip again, in my truck (13MPG).

Ill skip ahead here and just be honest, I wanted a little discount, gift card or something for the hassle I was going to bear, but they were pretty adamantly against that, all together… I thought maybe this was a “never discount” type label, but no-right after Christmas, everything dropped to prices FAR below what I would have been satisfied with. Getting ahold of the store was nearly impossible, but when I finally did, an associate advised me to come in to “get taken care of”. The ink tags were removed, and then, I was put in a high-pressure-sales pitch situation for a mere %10 off of just one bunny. I entered an incorrect pin and acted like something was wrong with my card and will not be shopping with Moose Knuckles anytime in the future.

I loved the experience here and purchased a coat early this year. But today I visited here for repair only to realize that this store is permanently closed from March. I did not expect that this store cannot sustain a year! If you had a plan to visit here, don’t waste your time.

I don’t know how they got that name in there or why but good lord me and my friends were laughing.

On 12.23.22 I was shopping inside this store during the MOA shooting. All employees handled the situation extremely well and were calm and collected. Management should be proud of their staff.
