I got 4 lobe piercings and Kelly was awesome! I felt like she really listened to me and understood what I wanted. Checked in after every piercing and walked me through it so I knew what to expect. DEFINITELY going back for future piercings 🙂 Very large selection in jewelry as well! Corky was also very helpful in helping me pick out my jewelry! Absolutely love the atmosphere of the place and recommend Monarch to anyone looking to get pierced 🙂

This is an awesome place. The shop is so welcoming and clean. Kelly and Corky were there today and you couldn’t ask for two of the most wonderful friendly people. Kelly did a great job going over the piercing the care and exactly what she was going to do step by step , I got my nose pierced and it turned out awesome!! Stop by and see them for a great experience you won’t be disappointed , while you’re there make sure you show Kelly pictures of your 4 legged kids she loves to see pictures of them !

The experience was exceptional!

I’ve been wanting to pierce my ears for a long time and researched about Monarch. When I decided to get my ears pierced, I wanted to do it on my birthday and tried to make an appointment online. At first they didn’t have anything available online so I called. They communicated that something was wrong with the booking system and was able to get me in.

Courtney is so friendly and helped set up the appointment. She was very kind with taking out earrings from the case and letting me see them up close.

Kelly is beautiful! In her attitude and everything. She explained everything as she did it and why. She assured me when I was nervous.

I had such a good experience. I know that if I do get another piercing I’m definitely going back!

Incredibly kind staff. I had no problems making an appointment on short notice a couple days after my helix piercing started causing me problems. I ended up having the piercing removed due to healing issues (something about this particular piercing just did not agree with me even after 1.5 years of babying it), and the process was quick and painless. I was in and out of the studio in less than 10 minutes! I’ll definitely be back to browse their collection of jewelry for my other piercings.

Everyone was very kind and wonderful! I had a lot of anxiety before my appointment as I had never been here before and it was my first facial piercing, but Kelly was very patient and professional and took time to thoroughly explain the process as it was happening. Vibes were great, 10/10 !
