You should pick your artist based on their work, the shop as a whole and how they treat YOU as an individual!! As far as reviews, I believe they should be left by people that have actually been thru the doors of the shop and had their own experience with the shop, staff and artist not on something they have heard!
I don’t know who these artists are, but a friend of mine spoke to him about a PIERCERS apprenticeship and he had the audacity to undermined her instead of simpling saying “We do not accept online inquiries”. Highly unprofessional. His art work is hot garbage anyhow.
There are receipts about how awful these people act towards others.
