I had been eyeing a few Maria Black pieces for months and made it a priority to visit the store while in Oslo. However, the staff was so unfriendly that I wanted to get out of that store ASAP and my love for the brand has died. The displays themselves are nice and the jewelry is beautiful but the employees were so passive aggressive and cut us off multiple times. I originally intended to purchase multiple items but decided against it since I would be reminded of a bad experience every time I put a Maria Black accessory on.

Beautiful store and great costumer service! I was there to look at engagement rings for me and my boyfriend. The girl that helped me was so helpful and understanding about how big of a deal this purchase was for me. We are so happy with our rings and engagement, and Maria Black just made it even better. 10/10.

Incredible incompetent and arrogant sales person. I was in the boutique in central Oslo to buy a gift today Monday 4 March. I asked if the earrings was sold in pairs or single (because they do so)
The 1st model I picked was sold as a pair and the 2nd one was sold as single. I took another model I liked to the counter, standing there infront of girls and they were just continue chitchatting. When I asked if the price was for one or a pair, one of the sales told me of in really rudely attitude; « I told you the price is for one earring»
Do you really treat a customer like that? Why having prices on both pairs and single item. It’s making a customer very confusing.When she took out the earrings I wanted to buy she even took out wrong size and colour. It’s a god damn miracle that I’d bought 2 pairs!!!!!
I’ll never go back again. She should really take a charming course before even think of standing behind a SALES counter
And she is REALLY lucky that I’m not her manager . 😤

Beautiful jewelry. Not cheap, but high quality. They also have a piercing studio in the back if you fancy getting your ears pierced.
