My son and I got our nostril pierced at Iris; loved the experience! Everyone’s very welcoming, helpful, not to mention super gentle when the actual piercing happened. I’ve been coming to IRIS piercing studio since 2018 for various piercings — including multiple cartilages, belly button ring and conch. I’ve always been greeted with the utmost enthusiasm, professionalism and care whether it’s the piercers or folks up front. The jewelry selection is also great! Now I’ve never had an issue with my piercings until yesterday when I had swelling in my ear while away on a business trip and found a healed piercing had embedded overnight. There were no studios open in my vicinity so instead of panicking I called the studio at IRIS and came in the next day after my flight — they sorted everything; I avoided a nightmare at the ER, got to keep my original earring, and the whole thing took less than 10 minutes and there was absolutely no pain. It honestly made my day. Thanks to Priscilla and everyone who helped us!!

Priscilla was so amazing! I came in for a jewelry change due to a healing issue from a piercing I got somewhere else, and they were so helpful! I was worried that changing the jewelry would hurt, but Priscilla was so careful it didn’t hurt at all! They gave me amazing advice on aftercare on how to help my piercing heal too. They were super knowledgeable and really friendly and made me feel really comfortable! Definitely coming back here for any future piercing needs!

Dylan and Prizzcilla provided me with such amazing service that I will definitely be visiting Iris again. Dylan patiently and kindly explored jewelry options with me, and carefully revised jewelry options as I provided my budget and stylistic preferences. Then Prizzcilla did an amazing job walking me through the entire process, step-by-step, and repositioned ear markings to ensure I had the most symmetrical locations possible. They also ensured the experience was as comfortable as possible, directing me to breathe in and out to minimize discomfort. They also provided me with thorough after care directions.
