Need piercings??? See Gretchen. She was amazing!!!! Walked me through each step of the process, let me know prior to any touching, cold and when the needle went through. Professional but wonderful woman! I’d researched prior as my daughter has been waffling on ear piercing for years and when she finally decides to go ahead I can tell her with confidence that Gretchen will take care of her!

The original jewelry for my recent eyebrow piercing fell out about 15 hours before I arrived at InkHeart. Another customer held the door for me and inside the studio is a very welcoming environment :). There wasn’t an open appointment for me so I prepared to spend too much $ on replacement jewelry and insert it myself. Gretchen came to the counter when I was finished browsing and was very thoughtful on the sizes of jewelry I was getting, and the internal thread/screw in bar w a gem and a ball only cost $67! I found out Amost Famous overcharges and the service at Inkheart is outstanding 👏
I wasn’t able to get the new jewelry in myself so we went back inside and waited a little while for Gretchen and another client to finish. Gretchen was super kind and helped me while meeting their next scheduled client, and the jewelry fits just right :). She communicated very well during the process and I felt friendly and safe- which definitely could have not been the case bcus I picked a semi-random tattoo/piercing shop on the route home to get new jewelry.
Great experience and I’m excited to try the tattoos soon 🙌

I got my kids names tattooed on my wrists yesterday by abbie she was AMAZING!!! Absolutely love my new tattoos abbie took my ideas and added some of her own which I absolutely loved. She is super friendly super fun and will definitely be going back when I decide what my next tattoo will be. The rest of the staff that were in the shop were also super friendly as well!!!

I had my very first tattoos done by “L” at Ink Heart Tattoo in Chaska. I scheduled my appointment online & waited 1 month to get in…….that’s how BUSY & POPULAR this Tattoo Gallery is!!!! I really want to give a Loud SHOUT OUT to “L” as she was simply Fantastic!!!! Her friendly demeanor, professionalism, walking me through every step involved in the tattoo process, & her Amazing Artistic Abilities are truly to be commended!!!! “L” is a great listener as she really wanted to be sure that I was getting exactly what I wanted! Every single instrument/tool “L” used was BRAND NEW, wrapped in plastic & the cleanliness of her Artistic work space as well as the entire Gallery, was impeccable! I HIGHLY recommend “L” if you are looking for an amazing tattoo that you are proud to express yourself & if you want a highly skilled & talented tattoo artist, to boot!

This amazing-badass tattoo was done by the talented Adam Petersen. He took such good care of my boyfriend during this entire process and was so great through it all. This was my boyfriend’s first ever tattoo and definitely eased any nerves he had through his storytelling. Highly recommend Adam to anybody!!!
