This is a joke… I got my daughter’s ears pierced here she just turned 4. They came out 2 times within a week. We got an earring with a defective back (don’t get hello kitty earrings) . So I came up to get her ear pierced again to find a sign that they are on break and will reopen in 40minutes??? I live 50 minutes away

I got my ears pierced and the ear pierced, Rebecca, was very friendly, well experienced, a great personality, and made me feel glad to be there. They had buy three get three free deal, so I was able to get a pretty good bargain. The whole place had a very nice vibe👍

Was greeted when my daughter and I entered the store. Looked around at everything. Noticed the security guard come in and talk with the sales lady. Then she blind sided us was an accusation that we stole stuff. Said to take out what we took. Said she saw me holding something and that she has mirrors all around the store to see. I informed her that I was holding my purse strap to stop my keys from jingling around and hitting off my thigh. She got really defensive and didn’t seem to believe us. My daughter and I offered our purses to be searched and she got irritated and said no. I don’t want to do that and I can’t. I almost just dumped the entire purse because I was so shocked she accused me for no reason. Def never going there again.
