The worst customer service that I had in my life, Zoey was Extremely rude, unprofessional, and unfriendly. I would never recommend it. Also, Too expensive for small tattoo. I went to get my first tattoo with Zoey and she is WONDERFUL! She talked me through my consultation and appointment thoroughly, that she even opened her shop an hour early just to make sure my tattoo was what I wanted after discussing to get a redesign. Zoey was very sweet and offered me water after the long hours of getting my tattoo done. The pricing is high but well worth it! I love my new tattoo so much and I’ll definitely be coming back for more in the future🫶.

Very disappointed in the professionalism from Zoey. Extremely rude and a huge rip-off. The price was way too high for the small tattoo I got. Took maybe 15 minutes to do. I was shocked by the price, but I thought that’s what it costs today, until I spoke with others. She is very talented, but my tattoo consists of letters, no creative artwork or designs.

I am less than 3 weeks out from getting the tattoo, and I noticed the letters of the words aren’t completely filled in with ink. They said the location there had a chance of fading, but it hasn’t even been 3 weeks yet! I asked to come in to re-touch it. And she requested I pay an additional amount, after I just paid $340 for my tiny lettering tattoo!!! She negotiated down to a smaller fee to re-touch. When I said they should take care of it as a business since I literally just got the tattoo. She said she told me she couldn’t go deeper in the skin, which is the same as fading. She did not communicate this. Zero apology or willingness to do right by her customers. Her approach and how she handled this was completely unprofessional. I would not recommend going here, no matter how good of an artist she is. Her lack of professionalism and how she speaks to customers is not worth ever going there again. Please be careful with her.
