What an incredible shop with even more incredible artists. The vibe is immaculate. The space is clean, vibrant and inviting. Each and every experience has been excellent. Thorn is so talented and professional – the care and time they put into each tattoo is unmatched. I cannot recommend this shop enough!!

I cannot recommend Homebody enough! The space is stunning, cozy, and always welcoming. There are snacks and drinks available if you need them before your appointment, and there’s also cool art, jewelry, clothes and more for sale from local artists!
I have gotten several tattoos from J, and each one is absolutely stunning. Their art is fantastic and they are such a genuine, sweet, lovely person. If you’re around Asheville, Homebody is the best tattoo shop to visit!

I love it here! I was tattooed by Taylor, who is just such a kind soul (and I love how often I was offered snacks). I’ve gotten tattoos from several different shops around Asheville, and I’ve never had an artist who made so much time for me and made sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. Taylor was so patient and willing to work with me, even incorporating a couple of last-minute ideas into the design. This was by far my favorite tattoo experience, and on top of it all, the shop is so pleasant and welcoming. Thank you!!

I’ve been going to Thorn for nearly 2 years now, and watching them build this tattoo space with their community has been so magic. The shop itself is so welcoming and has privacy options for spicier tattoos. Thorn is one of the most gentle, quick, and thoughtful artists I’ve ever worked with. I’m excited to explore getting work from other artists in the collective. Thorn is incredibly fun to collaborate on designs with, and I’ve never been disappointed in how a piece healed. 5 stars isn’t enough 🥲

LOVE homebody tattoo! I’ve gotten a few tattoos from Taylor here (already booked my next) and I couldn’t be more excited to have found my new tattoo shop to keep adding beautiful art to my body. Everyone is super professional and very nice, it’s very clean and safe, and I can’t recommend it enough. Taylor’s awesome to work with and has brought all of my ideas to life in such beautiful ways.
