Exceptional service 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼! Everything was so smooth starting with scheduling an appointment online, to the actual piercing, to the aftercare instructions. Once I was there, everything was thoroughly explained and always attentive to any questions or concerns I had. I love that they have their own hand made jewelry! I was very pleased with the plenty of options! I got a double helix piercing. I went with one idea in mind, and I really appreciated Erick’s opinion and vision to elevate my idea to something so much better! Hygiene was always a top priority! As far as the piercing, Erick’s years of experience is undeniable. I truly appreciated how he made me feel comfortable and made everything seem so effortless and painless. He definitely knows what he’s doing with his “surgeon” piercing hands :)! Jessica is also amazing! They are the perfect piercing duo! I truly am grateful to have found the perfect place! I finally had the privilege to meet Erick and Jessica after following their social media page for years! In the past, I’ve traveled to other cities just to be pierced by a piercer that’s part of the Association of Professional Piercers and I’m ecstatic to know that Erick and Jessica are located near me. All I can say is they’re both incredible people! Their studio is extremely clean and smells great! They’re both extremely knowledgeable and I loved how they each took the time to explain everything in detail to me. Their Jewlery selection is breath taking and the quality of each piece is simply top notch. Talking to you both felt as if I’ve known you my entire life! It was an absolute pleasure to meet you both! I’ll definitely be back!!

I was very impressed with how they take their appointments very serious and on time. The building was very clean and smelled very nice. Jessica was amazing at making me feel like I was welcomed and in good hands. Jessica and Erick were both very patient me. I appreciate the education that both Jessica and Erick provided me with. They took their time to answer all my questions and concerns. Their jewelry selection was also very beautiful. The piercing itself was also great! All I felt was a bit of pressure but that was it. I really liked that they used sterile technique and have their autoclave there and show you that their equipment is sterilized. You can really see they have passion for what they do. My experience was amazing. I can’t wait to visit them again for my next piercing. I completely recommend getting your piercings done at Helix piercing and jewelry. You won’t regret it.

Extremely happy with my new earring piece, the education behind proper piercers, the quality of the jewelry, the customer service, and THE CLEANLINESS. This was a 5 star experience. From booking the appointment to leaving, I didn’t know what to expect at first but I was very impressed and will definitely be returning in the future for other earring upgrades. I’ve gone to many other piercers in the past throughout Texas and Helix is by far the best. Give them a shot, you won’t be disappointed!
