It was amazing how low my standard goes for body piercing until three years ago when I first started seeing Randy. From the initial consultation to jewelry selection to the piercing process to aftercare, Randy is always the most professional putting the needs of the client first. I have never felt more safe as a client and could not think of any feedback that could make the process easier or better. Randy is always quick to respond to messages, offering assistance and will always accommodate my very challenging and hectic schedule to get me in, be at new appointments or last-minute emergencies. This is my second time visiting her studio, and it is by far the most fantastic piercing experience one could ask for. Randy is extremely knowledgeable, and truly cares about her craft and the customers experience. If a piercing should not be done for anotomical or lifestyle reasons, she will always let the customer know instead of just doing what they want – she always puts her clients safety first. The studio itself is beautiful, and the range of piercing jewelry is the best I have ever seen. She only has very high quality pieces and works with many reputable brands, but the prices are still very affordable. Most are handmade, and extremely customizable as she can add different finishing touches herself, or contact the jeweller with specific requests. All the jewelry is of highest quality, unique, and a level of stunning that I have yet to encounter at another piercing shop. She works with indigenous brands and underprivileged youth as well, and she is very dedicated to giving back to the community and helping those in need, through the art of piercings and many related mental health focused programs. She is extremely talented, and the recognition she deserves is displayed in many award and certification plaques on her walls . From dermals, to piercings, intricate stick and poke tattoos, simple consultations, or full on piecing parties with customized designs – she is my only go to. Her passion shines through , her knowledge is unmatched, and her artistic incling guarantees a beautiful result and an amazing experience.
