I was able to walk in and get a great tattoo. Joey took great care of me! I’m such a indecisive person, which can be tricky. I know what I don’t like, but can’t express or decide on what I do like. I explained this to Joey, and gave him the rights to do what he thought I would love. And this guy hit the nail on the head!
