Phil was amazing, we had taken a girls trip to Duluth for my Birthday and 3 of us decided to get tattoos. Phil was very welcoming made us all feel like home. He did an amazing job on all of our tattoos. I would highly recommend him. I seriously would drive 4 and 1/2 hours to get tattooed by him again. This says a lot as I have gone to 1 tattoo artist for all my tattoos but definitely recommend Phil and will return and have more work done.

Phil is amazing, he is hilarious and professional at the same time. He really went above and beyond for my tattoo he took the time to make sure what I wanted and then delivered with the tattoo. He is a perfectionist with his art which is what you want with a tattoo artist. His realism and portrait work is amazing and it translates to the skin well! If you’re in the Duluth area and looking for a tattoo this is the place you are looking for! He has his own studio which is some much nicer than going to a shop with multiple artist where you lose that personal touch. Again I can’t stress this enough if you are looking for a tattoo Phil is the man!

He did awesome, had time to kill while visiting Duluth and spur of the moment went to his shop because he offers walk ins, got in fairly quick, was very throughout with the work, took his time with the whole piece, had phenomenal prices, super funny, clean, and chill guy. Got a little lightheaded towards the end, offered me snacks, water, literally everything to make sure I was doing okay!! ABSOLUTELY will be going back, worth the 3 hour drive, 100% recommend.

Phil is an absolutely amazing artist and person!! From the second you walk in, he makes you feel seen and heard and listens fully to your ideas. He works with you on the design and adds his ideas to make sure it is the best possible tattoo ever. He is such a gifted artist and even more gifted individual. He forms a personal connection with his clients so that you feel comfortable and fulfilled in what you wanted. He makes sure you never walk away unhappy and will go leaps and bounds past what is expected of him. Since I’ve gotten a piece from him, I refuse to go anywhere else! He did a gorgeous rose half sleeve on my arm and I get constant compliments on it! Everyone (especially me) is OBSESSED with it. I recommend him to everyone because he’s just so good at what he does. Couldn’t recommend more! Also- best prices in town! And best quality in town!!
