Erica is INCREDIBLE! From the minute you begin to communicate with her on your tattoo idea…..you’ll immediately see that her talent is Second to NONE (She truly is the BEST in the business). Her artistic ability is uncanny, from design all the way until the final product of your tattoo will blow you away!
I have been to tattoo shops from Hawaii, to RI, to Cape Cod……no one can hold a candle to her talents!
She listens attentively to your every word when you choose your tattoo, and will work closely with you and be very honest to make sure that both of you are on the exact same page and you are 110% happy with every meticulous aspect; including the “After Care” of your new tattoo. Most tattoo shops (NOT GENERATION ONE) neglect this very important step and or cut corners to save a buck or two…your pretty much just a number at these places. HOWEVER, Erica wants your tattoo to look good forever, and takes the after care of your tattoo serious, and does it right; her attention to detail is EXTRAORDINARY!!
The day of your tattoo you will find her shop to be immaculate and comfortable. The atmosphere is professional, relaxing and fun all at the same time; you will really enjoy being there.
If you go anywhere else first you’ll regret you did! Go see Erica and get your perfect tattoo done right the first time, she truly is an AMAZING artist and person!!
Thank you Erica – You ROCK!
I’ll be back for another!!

I got this tattoo back in January, and I waited to post this review to see if I would get used to the tattoo Erica gave me. Sadly, I haven’t and I didn’t have a great experience getting the tattoo, either. I had gone to Erica before for a tiny tattoo and she was nothing but polite and very personable and did an awesome job. The second (and last) time I went, it started out that way, but didn’t end on a great note. I wanted a small floral piece different than the one I got. Erica said I needed to go bigger so the lines don’t blend together and end up making the flowers look like circles (fine). During the tattoo, everything was going great until the end when she said “Don’t get green ink in your next tattoo.” I asked why to which she said “Why?! Why do you think?! Your skin doesn’t like it.” I thought the way she said that was pretty rude. (I’m not a tattoo artist so I have no idea what you’re talking about ).She also told me my skin was really dry which was why I had angry skin after the tattoo. I feel like she got frustrated with the green ink situation and took her frustration out on me, which ultimately led to her doing a poor job. I think the tattoo she gave me is subpar. It just looks like someone drew flowers on me with crayola crayons. It doesn’t look natural, the colors are too bright , the lines in the flowers blend into each other, and the green ink for the stems turned out kinda splotchy. I left the shop that day feeling like a defective canvas and not an actual human being with feelings. Also, I sent her a picture of what I wanted months before the tattoo appointment. She couldn’t have told me in the email that what I wanted wasn’t doable? She had to wait until the day of the appointment? Really? She might be talented with other types of tattoos, but if you’re looking for a delicate floral piece, don’t go here.

I had a very good experience. The shop was super clean. I was looking for the fine line work and Erica was great at it. The set up to watch tv made it easier to lay in a strange position for a while. Also, this tattoo was kind of a celebration for me of moving on in life from divorce (I had my married name when I got the tattoo) and I loved Erica’s celebration of that. Any fine line work tattoos I’d go to her.

Erica is wonderful. Honest artist who isnt there just to slap a tat on you and send you on your way. She will take time to discuss the small nuances of your tattoo to ensure it ages and heals gracefully. Comfortable shop interior as well. Overall a 12/10 experience.
