Got my ears pierced by Hayley and she was amazing! It was my first piercing so she talked me through the whole process and made everything super easy. A few months later when it came time to put new jewelry in she was more than happy to help. Could not ask for a better piercer and definitely would recommend her to anyone thinking about getting piercings done!

We called and made appointments well in advance for three black and grey tattoos on st Patrick’s day. We sent in photos and placements for all three making sure the prep work that was asked on our end was completed. We also were told there would be two artists working on us two with a girl and one with a guy. We weren’t told names or anything. The day comes and we were told to get there at 1230. We all arrived on time thinking the prep work would be done but no one got our tattoos started until 130. There was also just one guy working on us so that also makes the time super long. The first tattoo that was done took 45 min. The second and third tattoos took 20 min max. The way it was priced out and charged was nothing like we were quoted and now we were paying by the hour instead of my each tattoo. It was 200 an hour and mind you it took an hour just for him to do the art work which we sent in WEEKS in advance . I’m super disappointed with them telling us one thing and delivering another. Also the price for my tattoo was way too much for what it was. Just be careful booking here with the front desk because it wasn’t a smooth process and we were told one thing and got another. Our tattoos are clean we just feel like we got charged for hours that we just sat there and for being lied too about how we were getting them.
