Very professional environment and staff who take time to do and explain procedures well. My daughter’s conch piercing was done efficiently but carefully, with expert placement. Friendly, welcoming. Made my daughter feel like she was in good hands. Will definitely return! Also, great piercing prices!

Amazing experience! Jaime is a total pro and listens to you. My daughter and her friend were treated with such kindness and respect. Jaime was so sweet to these kids as well as my other daughter who felt left out. When we ended up with a granuloma situation (not the piercer’s fault!), Jaime had us come in to look at it and come up with a plan. She was very caring, patient and understanding. Highly recommend!

My daughter wanted a piercing for her birthday, and she picked Fraidy Cats over all the other options. Jamie and the staff were absolutely amazing. They were great at walking my daughter through the whole process, made her comfortable, and empowered her through the experience. The shop is calming, decorated in retro-pop girl-power decor, and is LGTBQIA+ welcoming and supportive. We’ll absolutely come here again!
