Issa(I think I spelled that right) did both my first and my second tattoo. Great experience for both. Super friendly and inviting. I got exactly what I asked for and they look amazing . 😀

Went in for a walk in piercing of my septum (re-pierced) so I knew what I was signing my self up for. A pretty painless and bloodless piercing if done correctly. My ID wasn’t asked for and not to toot my own horn but I look like I’m 15 years old. I do not look older than 18 in the slightest bit! So I go into the studio and the first thing I noticed is the needle is already open and sitting on the table. Not on any paper towel just flat down on a table. After I laid down the piercer (Issa) came in after me and picked up this already open needle. She didn’t sanitize the needle nor did she sanitize my sweet spot or any part of my nose for that matter. She then picked up the needle and went in to pierce. From prior knowledge of having not only my septum pierced previously but my nostrils, and all up my ears I knew something was wrong. I was bawling my eyes out, I was bleeding like a stuffed pig (which didn’t happen my first time) my eyes were so watery I couldn’t see the finished results in the mirror but everyone working in the shop was hyping me up and telling me how this specific piercing looked so good on me and was made for my face! Later that night I went to see my friend and she pointed out the butchered piercing job that was done on me. My septum wasn’t pierced, the tip of my literal nose was pierced! I don’t use the word trauma lightly but I am traumatized! I did contact public health about this issue and did file for a dispute with the northern American association of tattoos and piercings to dispute some sort of emotional compensation of this trauma. (To which I was told by not only a lawyer but by a rep from the NAT that this is considered medicinal malpractice. Here’s the pics of the horror show that was done to me. I did get my money back and was offered a free piercing from them but will not be taking up that piercing offer as I have more trust in a goldfish with a needle than I do anyone in this shop. DO NOT GET YOUR SEPTUM PIERCED HERE!

They did an amazing job on my tattoo. they did my first this afternoon, it was very special and in my grandmothers writing and it was bang on and not a single mistake. they were super friendly and super funny as well!! it was a great clean clean clean atmosphere and they explained everything step by step to me and explained the real reasons why some spots hurt more than others. i will 100% be going back to them for my next tattoo
