My appointment was cancelled about 4 hours before I was supposed to get my services. I am not sure why the client is required to give a full days in advance to cancel, but the stylists can cancel just hours before without a heads up. I understand life happens, or we get sick sometimes. Denise didn’t even reach out personally to give me a heads up and rebook me the appointment. I found out through an automated text message leaving me confused as to why it was cancelled, which I then reached out to the stylist. Would NOT recommend.

Talented stylist! Denise is very educational and happy to answer questions making sure you understand health for your hair type! She does all hair types. Denise also works with children and is very patient. Want great, long lasting styles and good energy to the scalp. This is the spot!
