This is by far the cleanest tattoo studio I have seen in the Philippines, they follow proper hygeine protocols and use single use needles and equipment covers, refreshing to see in SE Asia. On top of this, Dyll is a fantastic artist who really takes the time to understand what you want from your tattoo design, he is really confident speaking English so it’s easy to communicate your ideas and it’s lovely to chat to him while getting tattooed.
Coming from the UK, the hygeine aspect is really important to me and I felt really at ease when in this studio, I would return in a heartbeat.

An excellent experience from developing the tattoo through setting up the appointment and having the work done. Del is a consumate professional and talented artist. He helped to figure out a design which proved better than the original ideas I sent along. The studio is small and intimate, but clean and well organized. He was very communicative leading up to the appointment and even worked on what would have been his day off. In the end I was very happy with the detailed intricate tattoo that he did on both me and my partner. Highly recommended. 5 stars in service, talent and hygiene. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.

Hello there – after all the search for a tattoo artist we were finally recommended Dark Side Tattoo by the staffs at Ohana Resort in Bohol.
As we entered the space we noticed that it was super neat and clean. We met Rudyll (the tattoo artist) who was an absolute delight. He was so patient and helped us choose the ideal tattoo for us. The price was so affordable and he was so flexible to give us a good rate.
What can I say about Rudyll 🙂 he is very talented and a hilarious young man. Thank you for getting the beautiful butanding’s done for us, we loved it and this will be one of the most memorable time in Bohol.
