Nice shop, nice staff but I’m so confused. My husband and I, both seniors, both booked appointments at the same time (Tuesday at 3:30), him for a haircut and beard trim (45 minute appointment), and me for a haircut.

My barber (Spencer) did an outstanding job on my hair and I was impressed with his thoroughness and professionalism.

The other barber was running very late for my husband’s appointment and apparently finished the job in 15 minutes (not the full 45 minutes paid for) and it showed. Uneven hair cut and the beard trim was so sloppy we couldn’t believe it once we we were able to get a good look outside. If you run late, don’t try to recover at your customers’ expense or they’ll never come back. I feel foolish for tipping each barber the same amount ($10 each).

I would give Spencer a 5 start rating and the other barber a 1 star. I’ve given the shop 3 stars as average plus.

My ten year old loves coming here for his haircuts. Every time he wants a new style and these barbers nail it flawlessly. Keanu provides such an amazing atmosphere that helps my son feel comfortable to be there and ask for the style he wants. This is the only place I will take my son to have his hair cut. Every single barber in this shop is so friendly and talented, do not sleep on this shop.

Best barber shop in AZ for sure 👌 Come here every other week to get my son and husband’s hair cut. Keanu is awesome!! My 5 year old and husband won’t see anyone else but him! Also AG always getting the little brother’s cuts done right! No doubt about it watching him work right next to Keanu from the beginning. These two will always get you what you want… Dluxe barber shop is definitely the place to go 🙌
