I was recommended to Crystal Point from a friend of a friend for a nose piercing. This place was awesome! Michelle handled paperwork, provided clear and thorough home care instructions, and did the piercing. She was super nice and made the first time experience pleasantly comfortable. The parlor was spotless (I loved that), there was a variety of beautiful jewelry, and the prices vary depending on budget. I will definitely be back for resizing and to get new jewelry pieces. Thanks to everyone for making this experience worth the wait!

Incredible experience per usual with Jared. He is knowledgeable and informative throughout the process and just an overall great human. The shop and piercing space are incredibly clean and they maintains very sterile environment. Best place in KC to get a piercing.

I have been coming to Crystal Point since 2018 when Jared (the owner) and Emilia were just a 2 person team. But every time I’ve come I’m always impressed by their professionalism and knowledge of piercings. They will tell you if a piercing won’t fit your ear and they’re so friendly. They work within your budget to find you grade A metal while staying within your price point.
After their expansion inside Bleeding Heart Tattoo (Crystal Point is its own business.) The staff was just as friendly and knowledgeable. I’ve never had any troubles with Jared, Emilia or the rest of the staff. The place is clean and tidy. They tell you the exact process and they make sure you’re comfortable before they proceed with the piercing. I have not gone anywhere else. I’m not saying other piercing parlors aren’t good but Crystal Point has my vote hands down as being the best piercing parlor in Lee’s Summit.

My girls and I exclusively get our piercings from crystal point. The piercing staff are all outstanding, and knowledgeable. The equipment and the room are always sterilized, and the options for jewelry are STUNNING. If you’ve got a piercing that you want to get, or your kid wants their ears pierced, take them here. It’s safer than going to a barely trained teenager in the mall with a piercing gun that damages the ear way more than the hollow needle piercing that you get at a professional piercer.

Took my 10 year old to get her first ear piercings. Michelle was great explaining everything to her and making sure she was comfortable with the process. My daughter hates needles and was very nervous, but Michelle put her at ease. After we left my daughter commented that she was very nice and she really liked her (and that she was really pretty🙂). Great place!
